Now select "Custom, based on setting you choose" and the button next to it will become un-grayed showing the word "Settings". Click this now enabled Settings button and the following Custom Settings dialog box will appear.
Within the last section select "Single-click to open an item", and then specify whether you want the files underlined like links in your browser windows.
Now just click OK and you are done! From now on anytime you click a file in My Computer, or the Windows Explorer it will open in it's associated program with a single click instead of two.
